when I checked my receipt I seen certain areas were not checked by the staff, I was told that costumers have to personally request for these things to be checked first time that was told to me. I went in for an oil change and when I left my dashboard still indicated I needed an oil. I went to a different location so that they can fix my dashboard and reset whatever they had to do so that my vehicle didn't think it still needed an oil change.

The only light that was on when I took my car in was the message stating that I needed an oil change soon. After the service, by the time I got home, less than four miles away, the check engine light came on, but I waited until the next morning and on my way back to the service station, the light went out, so I didn't bother to show up. This never happened before, so I counted it as a fluke incident, a one off. But I will be back when service is needed again. Thank you.
