He efficiently explained the process, which I appreciated. However, what truly stood out was meeting Samantha, the manager. She not only complimented the modifications on my vehicle but also took the time to educate me on air filters and their functionality. As someone who runs businesses myself, I recognize the value of employees like her. Samantha's dedication and knowledge made my experience truly exceptional. In fact, I would go as far as to say she was a few notches above magnificent.
