When we first pulled into the bay 2 employees were talking to each other and using regular profanities. Very little communication from the staff. The individual pouring the oil into the engine spilled some (a small amount) oil on the engine by dumping the pouring spout into the funnel without holding the funnel, causing it to come out of the fill hole. He did pour some water on the spill to clean it off.

I came in for just an oil change. The mechanic told me I should also buy a new battery because the voltage tested very low- I politely declined because I can also see the battery voltage from my car dash and it looked good, but I told him I will monitor it. Next day, my car would not start- not even enough power in my battery to open my Windows. Prior to getting my oil changed, I had never had any issues with my car or the battery. The shop manager was nice enough to come back to my house to help me jump start my car, but I am suspicious this issue with my battery.
