I was greeted immediately and given a wait time, which was a minimal, like a few minutes. Then the staff helped me figure out what to do besides the oil change. I knew I needed a transmission fluid thing done since I'd said no twice before and it was overdue. One of the staff--I wish I knew his name (he spoke Spanish to a Spanish customer and he was probably in his 20s), had to take out my glove compartment to get at the air filter, which was totally black. So I'm glad I got a new filter. He was so efficient with this process because it wasn't just an easy thing to do. Very friendly and professional.

They did forget to put one of the tools taken from my car to do a tire rotation and forget to put it back. They did call and offer to get it to me. I did end up making a second trip there, not close to my home to pick up.
