Oil filter housing was rounded off. It's either the service personnel use the wrong equipment to round off the filter or he uses to much force to turn the oil filter to rounded off. Now I have to good to a mechanic to replace the housing.

Had an issue with my coolant after the service the I called today and the manger came to my house to check to see if everything was good. He came with coolant and pointed out that there could have been a leak in the hose. They went out of their way to come check up on me.

I had previous issues with Valvoline instant oil change but I decided I’ll come back and try them again. I called prior to arriving and was given a $25 off coupon sent to my phone and was told how much the oil change would cost me for my 2018 Chevy tractor. I quickly made my way over to no wait at all, upon pulling in I was quickly guided into bay 1 and they preformed my oil change in under 15 minutes. Love it…….
