I wrote a complaint a few days ago, but the employee who was working was very rude and loud. He and another employee were having an argument/disagreement and it distracted the whole staff. I asked for an oil change and air to be put in my tires. They did not put air in my tires and almost forgot to have me pay. They told me I could leave and I told them I haven’t even paid yet. The man who was loud and rude had lips tattooed on his neck. I’ve never had a problem at this location, but will not be going back. I will try a new location instead as I still like going to Valvoline.

I've used this location before and my profile was immediately brought up. Quick tests of my lights, coolant...very quick oil change.
