First, I told them I was a frequent customer but they didn't try finding me in system and had to waste time giving info again. Cash on hand issue: A business should have cash on hand to give customer correct change due. It should not be assumed that it would be ok to short-change the customer or even ask the customer to accept less than what they are due. 2. Was given one total at start and after I presented a coupon for $7 off, they then added a $7 extra oil charge, something that I never was charged before.

The pricing has gotten ridiculous. Getting a “full service” oil change used to include an oil filter and now I’m charged extra for it, the price goes up every three months for all of this. I’ll have to start pricing around local shops for better deals as this is just getting ridiculous now.
