Erik was INCREDIBLE my service person. He explained they were short staffed. my car took one and half hours (1 1/2 hours).. i spoke to the manager and he was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, he makes no eye contact, answered me with one word answers and walked away from me. KNOWING i was there for over 90 min, MANAGER JOHN should have helped my bay. Instead he helped the bay next to me and that car was in and out in 15 minutes. MANAGER JOHN then helped the bay on the other side of me and proceeded to every single bay other than mine. I explained i was an hour late for work. MANAGER JOHN has no management skills, and only has one staff underneath for 4 Bays. I watched MANAGER JOHN sit in his office and get up once to help the other employees until there was a line around the building and out the street. i will never return, and make sure i give bad reviews all over google and all social media platforms.
