Just ask if there are any other services to provide. Usually, an attempted up-sale is mentioned but not in my recent case where I wanted a tire rotation. That said, it was kind of nice to have my oil change done so quickly. I only added the tire rotation as a late add-on, so probably my lack of understanding on the process.Thanks for the service, though!

I like the set-up whereas you don't have to get out of your vehicle.I like the computer system that gives you all the recommendations from Ford. This was extremely important because new trucks are so expensive so I have to maintain this one correctly.My small town mechanic for years was "reactive", only to do repairs when needed. Your business model seems to be "proactive", thus providing maintenance that will extend the years on my vehicle.
