I called and asked for a quote gave my year,make,model was quoted at $78, was sent a $10 off coupon. Once got there they did not have my oil filter had to wait for it to be delivered. My total ended up being $112 after asking why was told bc it was a European oil change, the receptionists should be able tell me that when called to begin with. That was only reason went to valvoline bc was expecting to pay $68 not $102 after coupon. They marked they checked my tires which they did not.

I waited almost two hours for an oil change on a Friday morning. The staff was chatting and distracted during their work and not motivated to get the line moving. I even sat in the bay for about 20 minutes before they even started to drain my oil. When I told them I was in a hurry they stopped chatting and got my work done, but I don't believe they drained the pan all the way before capping it and refilling with new oil.

Benjamin was nice and sincere. Fernando was nice and both had knowledge of what they were doing. They were also patient as we waited for a filter to be delivered from another location just to ensure I was able to get a filter change. Benjamin also offered that option and that was amazing.
