First, I would like contact back by the manager or corporate. I was there for nearly 1 hour 45 minutes for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was quoted on the phone yesterday that a tire rotation was 24.99 and i was billed 34.99. I would have dealt with this at the location but i was so late back to work as it was. I could have taken this to a full service garage and paid less and had it done in half the time with guaranteed pricing. Your staff need to move much faster as customers use vioc when they have time constraints. A lot of talking and messing around. I understand i run the risk of being a few minutes late back to work on my one hour lunch break but i lose an hour of pay waiting on your staff. I will be contacting the better business bureau and the ftc if my issues are not taken seriously.

I frequent this location and it seems they don't retain employees for very long so everyone is always in training or standing around waiting to be told what to do. This last visit show cased lack of knowledge and training. Seemed like the girl in the pits was the only one who knew what she was doing and cared.

Showed me my old air filter which was dirty so I said to put a new one in. They forgot hook all the connections back up and all kinds of warnings and reduced power lights went off. Limped it back home & luckily I opened the hood and was able to reconnect everything. The air filter box wasn’t on right so once I readjusted that, it was fine.

When I arrived one of the workers had his car parked in the bay. He moved and I pulled in. WIth my windows down like the customer next to me the employee moved his car out. Apparently his car is equipped with aftermarket exhaust which he felt the need to show off by revving his engine leaving the bay. WOW!!! That was loud and super dumb! The other employee let him know not to do that when customers are present but the employee of course said his foot "slipped" Super unprofessional on all fronts.
