When I arrived I completely understood that I was to stay in my car. I opened the car door to open the hood (you do need access under the hood...right?) because you HAVE TO OPEN THE DOOR TO OPEN THE HOOD in my 2013 Jetta. The attendant was very curt and loud in telling me to "STAY IN YOUR CAR." I should have just drove off then; however, I didn't. I have found a new place to have my oil changed. I will not be returning to Valvoline.
