After my car was serviced the tech came to my window with a broken part and said it happened pre service. I told him that that was false because I don’t check anything under my hood and I came to valvoline for my previous service. I also asked for my oil life to be reset and the manager told me they do not do that. It was done on my previous service so I didn’t understand why it was not reset. I’m still waiting on a call for my replacement part the technician broke off my car. Horrible Service and Experience. I didn’t even get an apology or a come back to see or have a nice day. I just got waved out the bay. No causal by lady. I will call you when the part comes in. Nothing. I hope the manager did do his part and ordered the broken part
