After the initial overall completion of the oil change, after I Left the establishment,it was raining that day and went to turn on my wipers didn't realize there was oil all on my windshield and all Over my hood, it smeered my whole windshield and couldn't see

When I arrived, staff did not communicate which area to pull in. I had a Groupon and staff argued about it not bring available. I had to ask for an attempt before he sent me away. When scanned, I asked did it work and he refused to answer me telling me to wait. I asked for managerial support and another staff came over and I asked if someone else could work on my car due to the previous staff attitude. He started they were short staffed and someone would join the same staff while he worked on my car. He then guided another car in the other area and 2 staff proceeded to work on one car. I then asked again for a manager and she proceeded to share the first staff's disability and how they were trying to work with him. She shared there was no excuse for the other staff and she'd talk to him. The first staff's came to apologize and shared he's was working on his tone with customers.
