honestly I was pleasantly surprised by my service. the two techs were so positive, were obviously having fun, and were a rare mix of professional and fun to work with. they did not pressure me for upsells and were very thorough, shouting out what step they were on to not miss anything/stay safe. I work in the automotive industry and quick lube techs do not always get a lot of respect. these two gentlemen were excellent and I genially had a good time interacting with them while they took care of me and another customer. whole service felt like it was over in a blink. if you can figure out who did the service, give them a kudos. great experience overall.

Oil all over my engine and all over bottom of my truck! Ended up dripping oil all over my driveway because of it. Now have to have someone come get oil out of my driveway. Also had to clean my truck because of amount of oil everywhere. Watched them dump a bucket of soap water on engine bay wasn’t sure why at first. Learned way once I saw all the oil on my driveway and bottom of truck.

The air filter was the only thing checked other than the oil change. Every other experience I had I. The past checked other fluids, tire pressure, blinkers and lights none of those were asked to be checked. The associate was quiet spoken and preferred not to talk to me about the car. Even upon leaving I was not asked to start my car.
