Not arguing with me as a customer, telling me what you can and can’t do. Raising their voice as a manager and walking off. My vehicle was recommended for a EVAC and because they “EVAC MACHINES ARE DOWN they are automatically doing drain plugs I haven’t had my oil changed through a drain plug since I’ve owned and had the car serviced at Valvoline and I probably won’t be going back
