You stock European Synthetic Oil which is what I need for my Mercedes. I'll be back so please keep a stock! Price was cheaper. In a perfect world I'd like the oil to be drained instead of vacuumed out but I understand the under plates can be confusing. If you can't do it perfectly I appreciate you not "trying". Good job but I can't remember if my fluids were topped off. Tire pressure should be checked too.

Bays were full when I was there and another car in front of me. 1 guy in blue shirt outside smoking. Another guy had a drill and was doing something outside. After about 15 minutes someone came out and say apologized for the wait but would be 5-10 minutes before pulled into bay.

I came in for a replacement battery (ie 10 min job). My wife and I were there for over 1 and a half hours after entering the bay. The person who was working on it didn't know what they were doing and after an hour and 10 min a guy who's name was I believe NAZ came over and bam 5 min later done. I will not be returning to this valvaline without some kind of compensation. My wife has serious back problems and can not be in the car sitting for that long and she shouldn't have been. Train your staff better or hier better people.

My 15 or so minute oil change, turned into close to two hours waiting although they were busy I was the fourth in line to wait and waited about 15 minutes before I finally waved somebody over to find out what the heck was going on and I have been behind a person that had multiple services, and all I wanted was an oil change and they never checked my brakes on my turn signals or any of that like I saw them too on two other cars why I waited and just poor poor service and not good communication or better planning on when cars have more than one service you should have just a strictly oil change only line if that’s the case
