I was asked if 35 was a good tire pressure, nobody aired the tires. Also, I had to ask them to check the air filter, it needed replacing but you didn't have the correct one in stock. Was told to buy it myself and they could replace it for me on my next visit.

I forgot about needing an oil change till I got the coupon. It was fast and friendly. I got my tires rotated and new filters. my only complaint and it is not on the tech but the interior filer was checked and did not need to be replaced but was a pain to get to.

I pulled into the parking lot with a flat tire, we get our oil changes here and everyone is always so positive! They kindly helped calm my panic, they put my spare tire on quickly, and they were so friendly. I just can’t even explain how much I needed their kindness and help and it was so appreciated.
