This is the second time that the computer generated a recommended repair for my vehicle and when I said okay let's do it, the technicians underneath the vehicle said you actually don't have the parts for us to be able to do this vehicle or this isn't a repair that would be done on your vehicle. You need to update your computer system so that when it spits out recommendations for a particular vehicle on things that need to be done, that it's actually relevant to the vehicle you're speaking about because I am trusting your employees when they tell me I need to be replacing a fluid or doing a certain repair on my vehicle and it doesn't build my trust when they come back and say actually you don't have that part in your vehicle so we can't do this repair or things like that
