I came in thinking I needed an oil change but when I pulled in, the man said that I was actually full and didn’t need to come back until late April. He printed off a new sticker for me with the exact mileage when I needed to return, and was very nice about the whole thing. I felt bad for wasting their time but I was happy to get a new sticker and will definitely be returning!

Told my miles were 194188 multiple times and employee still put 197188. Did not do routine checks on anything, except for the the new engine filter that I had to mention. Tried to gaslight me and came back to care comparing the old an new one and “recommended” I get it changed after I asked for it. Asked to put air in tires, said they did like I was blind and could see no one touched a tire and said the light will go off once I ride it for a little so I went to pay for air making me late for an appointment when I skipped because I know it comes with the service.
