It wasn’t a negative experience, they just weren’t as friendly and personable and interactive as usual. They did their job and were not negative or rude. However, I wish they would ask if we have any coupons before paying. I had a coupon, but by the time the car was done, I forgot to mention it. After I had been rung up and paid out, I remembered that I had a coupon and asked if it could be applied. It was not possible at that time, according to them. He wrote some thing on my receipt, saying, I could get that discount the next time I get an oil change, in addition to whatever discount I have available for the next time. Hopefully I will be able to get both of those discounts the next time I come in.

First of all, I go to this Valvoline faithfully and liked it! However this last time I went, the staff were very new and didn't understand anything when it came to my Groupon discount! I paid way more than I was supposed to! There was also no management on duty and the staff expressed to me the manager quit so there was no one to help me! They didn't explain anything to me and tell me anything like they always have before! Very very irritated
