The staff here at the Faribault Valvoline have been unbelievable! I have spent the past 25 years pretty much always changing my own oil, but this past fall I had a broken foot and getting under our cars was a pain in the rear. I was nervous having someone else change the oil... but to make a long story short, the workers at this Valvoline did such an amazing job and were so helpful and friendly that I'm going back now, even though my foot is better! They are so good explaining what's going on, and are very, very knowledgeable and friendly! You cannot understand how thankful and appreciative we are for these folks and the services they have provided!
