The only thing that could have been better would be if they were able to perform the headlight change. However, they did their best and informed me it had to go to a mechanic, so this is not their fault! They provided me with a printed receipt showing that I tried to get the light changed, to show officers in the event I was pulled over for the headlight out. They were helpful, professional, courteous, and friendly. You can’t ask for more 😊

I don't need to be offered every service every time I come. If they can't scan my VIN number they shouldn't ask for my registration. The VIN numbers in the engine bay, passenger side door, rear windows. Technician should never ask for my registration. Tire valve caps should be put back on securely.
