My first visit I declined services because of the price, but then I was asked what I normally pay and was given that price. I then told the guy if I can get this price every time I won’t go anywhere else….My last visit I was told that what we do to get you in the door it’s not guaranteed that you will always get that. That should have been told to me from the beginning, clearly I didn’t want to pay that price. Not happy about being lied to. I’ll probably go back to where I was going.

This was my first time at Valvoline. I was super nervous because I’ve only ever gone to one place to get my oil changed. Every single worker in Valvoline was soooo friendly and happy to help!! They explained every little thing that they were doing and all of the things they could offer. Typically when I go to get an oil change it takes an hour or more but not at Valvoline it only took about 15 min once I was in the bay!!! I mean it was more expensive than the place I typically go to but they had so many people working on my car and it took way less time so I would consider it worth it!!
