I needed a brake light changed and they attempted a fix and ended up breaking the light. I know it wasn’t broken when I brought it in. The guy pulled me out of the car and said “did you know you’re housing for the break light is broken”. I know it wasn’t like that before. After that moment he refused to do anything with the light and I left without the bulb being changed and a broken housing. On top of that he made me think it was there before. I verified with my wife that was not like that before. It’s a $130 replacement.

More training. I went in for an oil change and the employee didn't know how to remove my skid plate. 20 minutes later and he has half the underside of the car removed. He pulled out unnecessary plugs, unbolted unnecessary bolts, and god knows what else. It is literally 6 Phillips head screws to remove it!! Jesus. Left the shop missing 4 push plugs. Dale provided some push plugs he found around the shop. This is my second attempt to get oil here in my Stinger and both times it is nothing but issues. Going forward I'll just buy the ramps and do it myself in an empty parking lot.

Your own name implies you are committed to a great oil change. i prefer to leave radiator/transmission flushes to a place that has a certified mechanic. you do offer services you are not proficient at. So, i would think asking once and accepting no as standard practice by your staff. thank you
