In general, my expectations are pretty low when I go for an oil change, not because of anything with your people, but just the nature of the transaction. That said, I think there would be value in doing a better job of framing the experience when I arrive - "Just a reminder that this will take about 10 minutes during which the guys downstairs will do X, and I will do Y, Z, A, B, and C. We'll also check out some of your other wear part such as D, E, and F in case they need changing."

If you go for oil change, they usually check pressure of tires antfreeze wiperwash stuff like that instead they just mark off at the computer never do anything that happens to me 99% the time

There was nothing wrong with my Van. I opted for transmission service as preventative measure. Next day transmission problems I come back. Needed to be topped off but stuttering and awful sound still happening that wasn't there before the service. There is a leak all of sudden when there wasn't one, and it was certainly the transmission. I went to a third party, spent $306.60 to fix the cooler lines ($249 in labor). I have the receipt.
