Not sure why I was recommended to have full synthetic oil changed again at 3000 miles. Honestly I think 140$ after a coupon is ridiculous for an oil changeu2026 Thatu2019s honestly my only complaints. Staff is very friendly and the service was fast.

Everything went well... Because I had Radiator fluid changed and oit...with a 15% discount. I still have picture of receipt. Total was $185 - 12%. Computers were down I left I went back and asked for receipt. I got to take a picture of it. I have been using you for years and it all felt so wrong. No receipt, no sticker on my car telling me to bring it back at so many miles or a date. I said ok computer down understandable, I check my account 208 plus was taken out of my account, I called immediately and was told to call a number for customer service. Whoever I talked to ..this was end result ... at lease you can still use 12% off again. Like I would ever go back there, a returning many many many times customer gets treated like this why would I go back? I was going back when things went well I wont now knowing how you handle issues..Did I tell you last years when they changed my power steering fluid the wheel fell off after turning it too hard...I even helped push the car into the parking lot I never said boo. This was my thanks for being a nice guy.

They are always super quick and explain everything that is being done/suggestions. They also give me tips about keeping my car in the best condition as it is a 2009 and I've driven it since 2013.

I realize one of the previous questions asked if I was u201cgreeted by a manageru201d, everyone was so polite and pleasant, I never thought to differentiate the managers vs employees. The only question I have is regarding my u201cservice engineu201d light. I believe it was reset after a previous oil change at Valvoline in Warren, I wasnu2019t sure if it was part of the companies service or if it was just a service they provided for me n that day.
