There was no wait. When we told the intake person it was our first visit, he walked us through what would happen. Each step was explained. The mechanics would call out what they were doing as they did it so we knew what was happening and it was somewhat entertaining! The only thing we had to ask was what our final bill was as we were not told and the receipt was being emailed.
