The tire pressure on my tires is a big concern because they are new and I talked about it in the beginning for several minutes. After leaving I realized tires weren’t checked at all and called them and went back. Thinking everything was done I left again before checking and no, one tire still had too much air. Very disappointing and won’t return

The entire staff was helpful in one way or another. From being told which bay to pull into to closing the hood and escorting off the rack. Management was training a tech during my oil change and they had the commitment to safety for each other and myself plus the skills of the teaching the tech the language to speak to assure everything was checked twice and completely correctly. The most impressive part was the manager that was training said put the oil cap on the hood latch so you never forget to put it back in place. That one statement save thousands of dollars to your company and customers.

My wife took her car in for the regular oil change and when she returned home we went into town with her car. I noticed that at every stop the engine would not go into the auto-shut off and at times would act as if the engine was missing. My wife said the yellow check engine light came on after she left from the oil change. I took the car by O'riely's auto parts and they checked the code on the engine and it came back lean fuel. The employee and I raised the hood and the hose connection to the air filter was not connected and the hose clamp was loose and had not been retightened. The employee and I reconnected the hose and tightened the hose clamp and the missing stopped on the engine. I tried to contact the service center and it was after hours so I was placed on hold for a customer service representive. After holding for 15 minutes I hung up. I called the Pines Road location the following morning and spoke to the manager. She asked me to give her some time to review the video and she would call me back. She did call me back and told me three technicians worked on the car and yes they forgot to reconnect the hose and she was sorry for that. Is this how you handle this?

1st I stopped for a tire air only & ended up getting an Oil Change. Mentioned I could use wiper blades & was quoted $24.99 for them. He ran my credit card & said it declined so I paid $125.00 cash then learned that he did charge my card $63.77 plus charged me $24.99 for each blade. $50. for wiper blades is ridiculous. So I paid double for something I didn’t even go in for & it caused my bank to overdraft me. I called & spoke with 2 managers & was told I have to wait 3-5 days for a resolution. I am not happy. I’ve been going there for many many years.
