There was just a manager & the oil guy at 8. So the manager had to work on one car then the other. I had to ask to get my tires checked and ensure all fluids were checked. The oil kid was making a ton of noise under my car & I asked the manager what he was doing but he never told me. Manager and oil guy were having words while working on cars. Manager said something about if you want to go home…anyway, I checked my oil later and it was overfilled!

Specifically asked to have air put in tires because indicator was on. They assured me they would. After leaving, indicator remained on. Drove back over there, was assured they had put air in tires but it took a while for indicator to go off. After driving 15 minutes, indicator still on. Measured tire pressure with my gage. 3 tires had low pressure, one extremely low. Drove back to Valvoline to get them to actually put pressure in tires. Then guy who did so yelled from in front of car You can go now, and walked off, leaving me to back out of bay, turn around in a tiny lot, and go out the one way entrance.
