It was a little after 1 before I was in the bay and it’s now 2:25 and I’m still in the bay and my truck won’t start after my service. I had an oil change, air filter and fuel filter replaced. They’ve reprimed it twice and it still won’t start.

All workers were talking amongst themselves and ignoring the customers. Two went on restroom breaks without communication to the teammates under the vehicle and when they got back they just talked amongst themselves rather than actually checking on the vehicle. I feel like my visit could have taken half the time if they weren’t just standing around talking.
