From being greeted promptly to directed out of the service bay when service was completed, the customer treatment by David and his staff was top-notch. Pricing was about 50% of the quote for the same service from the dealer. Don't know as yet whether any problems will arise from this service as it was my first time using Valvoline Instant Oil Change for any services, but I'm feeling good about it. I do believe if something isn't quite right, David and his staff will do their best to make it right. I have been using the dealer for oil changes as we had a maintenance plan with the dealer when we first bought the car, but the dealer claims that plan has expired. Might be a good reason to let Valvoline handle all the basic maintenance.

Jessie,Nathaniel, and Leonard were very thorough, detailed , and professional. I have gone to this location since you opened it I firmly believe you now have the best crew yet at this location. I frequented this location before it was a Valvoline as well. The business appears to be its busiest yet and I believe its because of your current crew.
