I really like this location. I always feel welcome, which is rare at businesses these days. The other day I went to the mall, walked into two stores intending on buying things, but the staff in the store never even said hi nor acknowledged us. We waited a few more minutes and they still never acknowledged we had even come in the store, so we left. This store goes above and beyond to make you feel like they really value your business. It doesn't matter who is working. Everyone has the same positive attitude, which is awesome. I happen to live close to this location, but even if I didn't, I'd drive to have my car serviced here. When the associates make suggestions, I know they are just suggestions, and I never feel pressured to buy anything.

MY issue is I had oil leaking all over my driveway after having my oil changed at this store? The oil leak made a 10" dia pool under my car over night.I have an older car but it does not leak anything like what happened.I had to tighten up both oil filter and plug. Then wipe down the underside of the engines oil area.This is just sloppy wardenship!
