Took over 45 minutes to get oil changed . Did not ask about air tire pressure or any other free services such as checking lights or turn signals. Store opened at 8:30 did not get into bay until 8;45. The people working there just seemed liked that they did not want to be there. I have been going to Valvoline over 10 yrs at this location. In my opinion it has really went downhill the last several visits.

Asked to have the maintenance light turned off...he said the manager just tried on a prius and couldn't do it....I googled and found a video and was able very fast to do it myself.....I also needed the low tire light off....again no help...which was fine this is oil not tires....unsure if you do window wipers....I think I need some....I do like being able to sit in the car if i want.......still waiting to be done.......1030 am in bay...didn't wait long to get in the bay....person on my left started after and finished b4 me

The job was completed without incident, even though the technician mentioned that the last crew, at the same location, put on the oil filter waaaay too tight and stripped the drain plug. They're replaced the plug without additional charges and got me out the door swiftly.
