The manager, Lauren, was extremely rude and unprofessional. In fact, the the whole team was - they cared more about talking and messing around with each other than paying attention to their customers. As a result, the Groupon I purchased was ignored at first and they put the wrong oil in to start with and had to drain the quart they had already put in and restart. They also told me my transmission had a slight leak and that they did NOT check the oil plug nor the gasket - which they actually DID check but failed to document that on my paperwork. They also did not document the transmission leak they found. When I asked about it, Lauren was extremely rude saying she could "WRITE" it on my paperwork but could not update the system and print a new document. She knew I was unhappy but maintained a very flippant attitude. When I asked for the manager and was told it was her, I advised I would be notifying corporate. Her attitude was "go ahead", it won't matter. He staff saw her treat a customer this way - UNACCEPTABLE. Again, I heard all about how Lauren was at the last eclipse at the Shawnee Mission location 7 years ago. Maybe they should pay more attention to their work.
