I came for an oil change. invoice 36039 on 4/8/2024 I ended up paying $269.91. I was asked about spark plugs even though it says I had them changed in October marked under my hood. The thing that really bothers me is the fan started coming on when I turned the car off. I had had a substantial amount of work done at the dealer two weeks earlier. So I took my car back to them. They told me the mass air flow sensor was unplugged. They showed me where the mass air flow sensor and filter is located. They are in the same area. I called and asked for the mgr, Jay. He claims he and his area manager reviewed the video and that the air sensor was plugged up. The dealer said it wasn't. They plugged the sensor up and recalibrated everything. I paid $135.99 for that service. I called the store and asked for the manager. Maybe the air sensor was not unplugged but should have been unplugged and replugged after the filter was changed. Maybe it was loose after the filter change and eventually unsnapped. I know that I didn't unplug it. I want a refund for $135.99 paid to the dealer and the dealer said I didn't need the fuel system cleaning. I want a refund for $139.99 for that.

I’ve been to this location many times with my previous vehicle. Even recommended my roommate to this location. Today (3/29/24) I had a terrible experience. My cabin filter was changed without my consent. Same with my air filter. I also got charged for extra oil. I was there for over and hour and a half. There was no line. And it was very well staffed. On top of everything, the worker Jess told me I have a leak in my transmission. I asked to tell me more and she didn’t know what to say. I really hate complaining but this was ridiculous. My card literally over drafted I was not expecting this.
