The oil change before the April 13th they put oil in but someone must have forgot to close something up because when I took off to leave my car said I had no oil . I turned back around and had someone come and look and there was no oil. He instructed me to turn my vehicle off then he put some oil in it. Then April 13th they dropped my oil cap somewhere and couldn’t find it and had to go buy me a new one. That being said they were all nice though

I don’t feel like they did a good check on my car. The informed me about an oil leak and that my drain plug was loose. They told me that they tightened it for me and to get it checked out which I did and the mechanic told me that I was loosing oil because of a loose drain plug. The same plug that they workers claimed they tightened. Thank god for my mechanic because believing what your workers said would have had my engine blown.
