The regular price of the oil change was never communicated and after looking at the emailed receipt it looks like I was charged for an oil filter when I provided my own OEM filter.

My only frustration was I only had an hour to get an oil change. They were busy. 2 cars ahead of me in both lanes. I park in the middle of the lanes to get the next spot. A tech motioned for me to go into a certain lane. Ended up being the slower lane. The person behind me was already serviced and gone 15 minutes before me. I was there for an hour and was late picking my daughter up from an appointment. I know stuff like this can happen, but it was just frustrating that day. Usually a great experience though.

Someone who seemed to be a manager over the guy who was helping me..came over and chewed him out on front of me. About using a coupon that my service guy used instead of using my coupon. The coupon he used was $15.00 off and mine was $10.00 off. I likes his better but it seemed to upset the manager that he gave $5.00 more off than my coupon. Not good business to do that in front of me. Otherwise service was great!
