When I pulled up, there were no cars inside but two guys sweeping the inside area. They took a minute to open the door for me. After telling them I wanted convention oil, they tried offering other services such as windshield wipers & fuel injector cleaning that would cost over $100. Once I denied the extra services my experience went downhill. After adding the oil, the guy showed me the dipstick confirming oil had been put in my car. After I left, I drove my car home. I started hearing scraping when I hit potholes or unleveled pavement. I got under my vehicle to discover my under carriage panel is missing screws and hanging low towards the ground where the oil filter is located. I have pictures and videos. Since they were closed I had to wait until the next day to call & tell them what happened. I was told over the phone to bring my vehicle in to see if they can find screws to replace the ones that are missing. I had to take off work today & am going up there now to see how they resolved. Also my under carriage is very scraped up because of this.

Valvoline Transmission Service Review: Buyer Beware! 🌟I recently visited the Valvoline service center in Lombard for a transmission fluid change on my beloved Acura. What should have been a routine maintenance task turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.The Incident: After leaving the service center, I noticed a significant amount of transmission fluid had leaked onto my garage floor. Concerned, I checked the fluid level using the indicator stick, and to my surprise, it still showed as “full.” How could this be when there were clearly 2 to 3 quarts missing?The Receipt: Upon reviewing the receipt, I discovered that the technician had poured in a whopping 10 quarts of transmission fluid! Keep in mind that Acura’s official requirement is a mere 3 quarts. It felt like they were trying to drown my poor Acura!The Conversation: I called Valvoline to express my concern. Instead of accountability, I got a runaround. The technician nonchalantly claimed that my fluid level was “fine.” Fine? Really? They convinced me to get my transmission fuel replaced and completely destroyed my cars transmission. The DM offered to have my car towed to the shop they partner with then proceeded to try and go back on his word. They did not offer a refund and even admitted it was their fault for destroying the transmission.
