The chick that worked there was tweaked out and tried to ridicule me about a problem my vehicle has been experiencing with it's headlights. "Who needs to see, am I right? Haw haw haw" and wasn't generally very explanatory or friendly. The other tech was okay but was rushing through the job, yet it took an hour. What happened to instant oil change?

Excellent service from the staff. The next morning when I backed out of my parking spot, there was quite a bit of oil on the ground. I did get my car washed before and figured it was just some water that was draining. I brought my truck back to Valvoline and explained what happened. I asked if they could just double check and make sure there was no leak for me. They were great and checked and all was good.
