we stopped to have the crew check our truck before a long trip. As they were checking everything out Joe the machanic said he noticed a strong oder coming from the vents. We also agreed we did too. After checking the under the hood cabin filter he said it was fine. Joe said let me check the inside cabin filter under the glove box. When he got it loose he told us to get outside the truck for a minute. Then he preceded to take what was left of the old filter plus a huge mouse nest that had remains in it plus live magits too boot. He cleaned it all up and put in our new filter plus sprayed the area with a deodorant to cut down the smell. We offered him an extra tip but his answer was you doing service with us is tip enough. We Love those guys
