This was the second visit in a row that after getting my oil changed it leaked oil in my garage. There was a note on my account for a 20% off my next visit due to customer unsatisfied. When I returned yesterday the manager told me that my particular oil filter is hard to get to and that oil can spill out and collect on a drip pan. He said her would add a note to make the drip pan is cleaned before I am told my truck is finished. Why wouldn't cleaning a spill no matter how big or small be part of the service. My garage is now stained forever because the lack of standards at Valvoline.
