I went in to have the oil changed, new filter and lubed. I requested one squirt on the lube as my truck has been parked all winter and only driven about six hundred miles. Not one Zerck fitting was lubed! I asked them to put six quarts of oil then check the oil level. It is down a half quart and when I asked to have it topped off, I was told that I requested six quarts and they refused to top off my oil. This is by far the worst service experience I have ever had. I can put up with them dripping oil in the engine compartment (I keep my truck clean all the time). Not doing the job is unacceptable.

The service was fine and they were friendly. When it was time to pay they scanned my card and it wouldn't work, they said it was my card and not their system. I had to go find a branch for my bank, transfer money which cost me $15. I called my bank they said my account was fine and couldn't see any attempts from the Valvoline Store. I went back to finish paying the card still didn't work. Turns out y'all got new bank card readers and it was not working and we had to go to another station that had one of your old scanners, which at worked without any issues. They apologized for the inconvenience, but this whole thing wasted 90 minutes of my time and $15(I'm a single mom I don't have room for either of my time or money to be wasted.) because you new "technology" didn't work, but it was my problem that you couldn't take my money. I don't appreciate it all.
