The tire pressure was supposed to be 38psi. I had to ask them to check the tires. When I left, two tires were 38psi and 2 tires were 57psi. I returned and ask them to recheck. They said “ oh the pressure gauge was set to metric.” They redid the air pressure.

This is the second time I've used this location and both times I came right as they opened. I thought I read the times wrong bc they didn't come out of the back for several minutes. The first time they all came scuttling over from the gas station with breakfast items. The second time somebody finally came out and I think the same thing was happening. If they are going to go grab breakfast they need to arrive early so they are ready for customers when they open.

I appreciate the communication across all bays when you're at Valvoline. They somewhat keep themselves accountable to finishing the services and it's a double-check to be sure their general services all get completed. They did not help me reset my oil change % on the dash...but I do know how to do that myself, so it wasn't a big deal.
