The technicians have always been polite and helpful. I have been a customer at Valvoline and the previous business of Texaco Express Lube for many years. I'm a single woman so the technicians have been helpful putting air in my tires, adding windshield wiper fluid or putting a new light bulb in for me (I will bring a bulb that I purchased) and they don't charge me. They are always very professional and helpful. When I went on 11-6-23, I had received a message on my car that my oil needed to be changed, but it was not time yet to have that done. The technician topped off my fluids while I was there and didn't charge me. I told him that I would be back next to month to have the oil changed. He was by himself that day and there were a couple of cars behind me, but he took his time with me and I never felt rushed. I appreciated his help and for letting me know that my oil didn't need to be changed yet. The guys that work here are great and they do a great job.
