First I arrived and the wait was longer than expected. I got inside to start my oil change and your employee is asking ME what kind of oil do my car use!! Aren’t you the expert?? Shouldn’t you know or know where to look to find out?? I’m a 28 yr old female. I don’t know what kind of oil should be used in my car. My car has been perfectly fine before coming to see you guys on Saturday. Perfectly fine. All of a sudden on Sunday my car runs hot and I’m on the side of the road. The diagnostics are reading the wrong oil used, no coolant, etc. P127 or something like that is the code. I paid you guys $100 dollars to mess up my car. I am livid and will not be returning nor will I recommend you guys to anyone.

Alledgly they were not able to locate the discount coupon entered by a former manager in my account. They gave me 6 quarts instead of the dealer recommended 5. They recommended I return for an oil change in 3k miles even though every one else recommends 5k when using synthetic oil. It took them about 30 minutes to change my oil.
