Older gentleman, possibly Manager, approached my window after I cut the engine off. Shared that I wanted to move back up to Maxlife as I was through my breakin period for my new motor. I also shared that I wanted my trans fluid exchanged as they have done it here before. Older gentleman showed me the old air filter and I accepted a new one. I sat in my truck for roughly 15 min after the oil change was complete and was not told if the trans service was being performed or not. I could not get the older man's attention as he was tied up on personal calls. Calls were casual. Tech finally came up from the pit and said they could not do the service. I felt bad for the kid as he had no answers when I told him it had been done there before. Older man came over with his phone clinched between his ear and his shoulder asked for my card but we never had a discussion about the issue. He handed me my card and window sticker and walked off to finish his phone call. I care about this brand as well as the programs and processes I learned from Valvoline. This is not the standard.

I like that you sat in your car, and everything was shown and explained clearly to you. Normally I would put my own air filter in but not being pressured and having a good experience with the staff, I decided to let them put it in. I also usually go to the dealer for service, but we just moved to this area, and I feel I get better service with you than the dealer. Thanks!!
