I was 3 back in 1 of 3 lanes when I arrived with 1 car in each of 3 bays. It took more than 30 minutes to get to the actual oil change. Then it took at least 20 more minutes to get the oil changed. It seems only one person working in pits with 4 or 5 on the floor. The oil was extracted through the dipstick which took a long time while only pulling out about 2 quarts. The remainder was drained in the pit which i think should be the way to do it anyway. I can only assume the oil filter was changed as I never actually saw the old one. Moderately pressured for additional services which I refused primarily because I could do most of them myself cheaper. MY primary reason for getting oil changed instead of doing it myself is it has always been faster and an overall equal value to doing it myself. This trip not so much.
