I always use this Largo location primarily because the past efficiency of the staff and control of team by the female manager. This team seemed new and somewhat lost in duties. The service was almost one hour, we told the rep we just travelled 600 miles and this was first stop before home - we want to get in and out. There was 10-15 lag - no action after siphon machine wheeled over, and then after oil removed it was 15 minutes before oil was added and another ten minutes before oil level checked. Our service rep and team left our presence a long time (like looking for the check). This was not the efficient operation we had before female manager was there (she was transferred we were told - they would not say where

This store used to be great. It’s now a joke. The girl performing my oil change had no idea what she was doing. She also looked completely unprofessional in skin tight clothing. No pre checking the oil. I had to remind the staff she needed to check the oil after the oil change. No calls no following any kind of normal procedure for Valvoline. I did not feel comfortable with them working on my vehicle at all. The company should really look into what’s going on in that store.

As a sales tactic, perhaps ask if a team member may point out certain items that need to be replaced. I know that they are trained to upsell. The problem is that the price to replace a filter (something anyone can do in 2 minutes) is very expensive. I cannot justify paying $50. to replace a $19.00 filter. I know that most customers will simply say, "Yes, go ahead"
