This is the one nearest to me as you can see I made this my oil change home but the new young employees you have there now is not reliable I really wanted to reach out too corporate about the services but my son said no give them a chance being that one of the guys looked and seemed as if he didn’t know what he was doing I will not be returning to this location the last couple of experiences there were terrible not the usual crew I’m used to I will be taking my services somewhere else they almost put the wrong oil in my vehicle had I not been watching it could have cost me major problems I also had my alternator go out prior to oil wasted on it and shortage it out I can’t deal with the unprofessional issues anymore that could cost me more of a fortune

The staff was trying to handle the busy Saturday morning, however they did not pay proper attention to the order of cars arriving. They tried to have people switch lanes to make sure those who arrived first were taken care of first, but in the end 3 cars that arrived after me were seen before me due to the careless order they kept. I was frustrated I waited over an hour before I was seen, yet those who came after waited half the time or more. Even after my service was finished, I sat another 5 minutes before someone realized all I needed to do was pay. I will still return, just never on a busy day again.
