The oil change went well, except that the technician working on the car did not reattach the metal plate under the car. That plate tore off while I was driving. I did return to the store and showed them what happened and they are correcting and repairing the car. Just makes me a bit nervous to have future work done there.

I always go to this location. It’s convenient and they have always been helpful, friendly and kind. I have even stopped in for help with little things and they are always happy to help. I love that I don’t have to wait for hours like I would at the dealership. I have free oil changes at the dealership but they took over 3 hours and had poor customer service! I will continue to go to Valvoline instead! Love it!
